On March 29th, BoA posted, “If I don’t take care of myself, I got criticized. If I lose too much weight, you tell me to gain weight, and if I gain weight, you say I look like a pig. I don’t know you, but don’t waste your time like that. Sorry, but I am BoA.“

BoA received malicious comments from some netizens that her visual has changed, especially her lips, after her appearance on tvN’s drama “Marry My Husband.” At the time, BoA said, “Actually, I have a habit of biting my lips. I guess that’s why it got swollen. Many people are worried. Don’t worry. My lips are fine.”

Meanwhile, BoA made a comeback with the single “Emptiness” on March 26th after a year and four months. The singer showed off her delicate vocals and also participated in writing, composing and arranging the song.
